Dearborn Halloween guide: downtown trick-or-treating, a Fall Bazaar and the last nights of Hallowe'en in Greenfield Village
DEARBORN, Mich. — Dearborn's biggest free Halloween event comes Saturday, Oct. 24, when businesses in both downtown districts hand out candy to costumed kids from 1 to 3 p.m.
The city's Downtown Dearborn Trick or Treat sets up information stations at Peace Park East, 13621 Michigan Ave., and Peace Park West, 22271 W. Village Drive, according to the city's event listing. Families can pick up a map of participating businesses at either station. The event is free, and the city lists it on Eventbrite.
The afternoon rolls into the city's Fall Bazaar, which starts at 4 p.m. at Peace Park East with seasonal goods, locally made crafts and community activities.
Hallowe'en in Greenfield Village. The Henry Ford's after-dark Halloween walk, now in its 46th season, runs its last four nights Thursday through Sunday, Oct. 22-25, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. The Henry Ford's event page says general admission tickets for 2026 are sold out. Some dining packages that include admission, such as the Eagle Tavern Harvest Supper, may still have openings, so check the site before driving over.
Halloween itself falls on a Saturday this year. Earlier this month, the city also ran a Haunted Trail at Ford Field Park.
