Holland Farmers Market switches to winter hours Nov. 4: Wednesdays and Saturdays 9-1, then holiday Saturdays Dec. 5, 12 and 19
HOLLAND, Mich. — The Holland Farmers Market’s regular season ends Saturday, Oct. 31, but the market keeps going on a shorter schedule through the holidays and then moves indoors for the winter, according to the market.
Through Oct. 31. Regular hours are Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Winter hours, Nov. 4-28. Wednesdays and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Holiday Saturdays, Dec. 5, 12 and 19. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Dec. 19 market is the last of 2026.
Indoor market, January-April 2027. Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market notes there will be no indoor market on Saturday, Feb. 27, or Saturday, March 13, because of scheduling conflicts at the Holland Civic Center.
Good to know. The market is at the 8th Street Marketplace, 150 W. Eighth St. Parking is free on site and in downtown public lots, including the Ninth Street parking deck across the street, the market says. Cash is the most widely accepted payment, there is an ATM inside the Civic Center, and the market has a food-assistance program for Bridge card (SNAP) shoppers, and most vendors accept the market’s Market Bucks gift certificates. Dogs are not allowed under city ordinance, except service animals.
The marketplace is inside downtown’s snowmelt zone, so the walkways usually stay clear even on snowy market days.
