Delta Township’s trick-or-treat night at the Lansing Mall is now free
DELTA TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Delta Township’s Trick or Treat Trail returns to the Lansing Mall on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 5 to 7 p.m., and the township says the event is now free, paid for by its sponsors.
Local businesses and community groups set up displays inside the mall and hand out candy while it lasts. Costumes are encouraged, according to the township’s event page.
Each child needs a participation card to trick-or-treat. The line for cards forms at the back of the mall, at the entrance between Dunham’s and Zap Zone XL, so families should drive around to the back of the building. Kids should bring their own bags, the township says.
Businesses and civic groups that want a table can call the township at 517-323-8555 or email the 2026 sign-up form from the event page to the township. The township’s thank-you list of past participants runs to more than 35 names, from the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office and the Delta Township District Library to the West Lansing YMCA and Waverly High School student groups.
